Students will be able to work in complex IT-Services Back-up situations, organise and instruct a group and work responsibly.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students will be able to apply IT-Services Back-up knowledge in their professional competence doing different jobs, work independently and responsibly and as a group towards common goals.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students will be able to demonstrate IT-Services Back-up in their familiarity with the knowledge base of the field, work on given tasks in an appropriate manner and participate in group activities using their own competences.
