Objective

- You can describe human motor development and skill training across the different stages of motor learning.
- You can promote movement control and motor‑skill‑enhancing physical activity for individuals or groups.
- You can use various forms of physical activity to develop motor skills.
- You can search for information critically on a previously unfamiliar form of physical activity and plan and deliver a physical activity session based on it.
