Student
-understands the concept of diversity in a broad sense
-is able to recognise diversity factors and phenomena in work communities
-understands the challenges of the management of a complex work communities and recognises diversity as a resource
-is familiar with the challenges and possibilities of remote management

Content

Basics of diversity management and complexity thinking
Sense-making and decision-making in a complex operational environment
The connection between the diversity and complexity management in a work community and the profitability quality and wellbeing of the work community
Individuality, communality, equality and justice in the work community
Recognising the challenges of diversity and management in a work community

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student
-masters with excellency the basics of diversity management and complexity thinking and is able to apply their tools and methods from a working life perspective
-masters the basics mechanisms of the foundation and maintenance of diversity management and complexity thinking and is able to apply them with success in own work
-masters with excellency the decision-making related to diversity management and complexity thinking, which supports the profitability, quality and wellbeing of the work community
