Student
-is able to assimilate the significance of values in the organisation's strategy-based development
-is familiar with the basic theories and concepts of value-based management
-is able to utilise research data and apply them in work community value-based management as well as in the development of HR diversity competence management
-is able to apply the principles of professional ethics as a specialist in own field
-is able to critically assess the value base and principles of professional ethics of own field, and to develop the value-based management in own work community
-is able to utilize multi-culturalism and internationality in the development of value-based management

Student
-masters the principles of value-based management widely and is able to apply them in the development and management according to the strategy of the work community
-is able to bring into conversation questions on value-based management in the work community, and to find answers communally
-masters the principles of professional ethics widely in own field as a specialist
-is able to develop value-based management of own work community considering the perspective of diversity competence management
-is able to follow international and national discourse on values and utilise it critically in the development of value-based management

Student

-is able to bring up questions on value-based management in the work community, and to find answers communally
-masters the central principles of professional ethics in own field as a specialist
