Objective

Student
-understands the theoretical framework of Human Resource Management (HRM)
-recognises the significance of HRM and human resources as a strategic success factor of the organisation
-is able to develop HRM sectors (recruitment, job orientation, rewarding etc.) with evidence based approach
-is able to manage a work community fairly and with encouragement considering the diverse human resources as well as the changes in the work community
-understands own responsibility in promoting and sustaining wellbeing of the work community on individual and community levels and managing wellbeing at work
-is able to operate in management tasks in expert organisations and projects

Student
-masters the development of HRM processes in cooperation with work community members with evidence based approach
-masters justifiably fair and encouraging activity within different sectors of diverse HRM
-applies the principles of professional ethics as a leader, specialist and developer
-analyses the current state of HRM and future needs of change and predicts changes in the operational environment and their effects in own work community

Assessment criteria, good (3)
