Objective
Student
-understands the theoretical framework of Human Resource Management (HRM)
-recognises the significance of HRM and human resources as a strategic success factor of the organisation
-is able to develop HRM sectors (recruitment, job orientation, rewarding etc.) with evidence based approach
-is able to manage a work community fairly and with encouragement considering the diverse human resources as well as the changes in the work community
-understands own responsibility in promoting and sustaining wellbeing of the work community on individual and community levels and managing wellbeing at work
-is able to operate in management tasks in expert organisations and projects
