Objective
Students will know the internal operational environment of an accommodation business, and its reservation processes. Students will be proficient in basic customer service, being able to work safely and with due responsibility.

The students are able to describe the internal operational environment of an accommodation company with expertise: service functions, accommodation services, restaurant services, conference services). The students are experts in using accommodation reservation functions independently and extensively. (reservation functions and concepts, defining prices, terms of payment and cancellation concepts, reservation factors, systems, reception, confirmation, cancellation and overbooking). The students are able to analyse in depth the basic customer service processes of an accommodation company and the principles of safe and responsible activities. They are able to work as members of a group/team promoting and developing the group's activities while critically applying professional ethics in everything that they do.

The students are able to describe the internal operational environment of an accommodation company systematically: service functions, accommodation services, restaurant services, conference services). The students can use accommodation reservation functions independently and well. (reservation functions and concepts, defining prices, terms of payment and cancellation concepts, reservation factors, systems, reception, confirmation, cancellation and overbooking). The students are able to name and give good reasons for the basic customer service processes of an accommodation company and the principles of safe and responsible activities. They are able to work as members of a group/team to achieve a common goal, justifying their work according to professional ethics.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students are able to describe the internal operational environment of an accommodation company to a satisfactory degree and correctly: service functions, accommodation services, restaurant services, conference services). The students can use accommodation reservation functions to a satisfactory degree under supervision. (reservation functions and concepts, defining prices, terms of payment and cancellation concepts, reservation factors, systems, reception, confirmation, cancellation and overbooking). The students are able to name the basic customer service processes of an accommodation company and the principles of safe and responsible activities. They are able to work as members of a group/team taking other team/group members into account, according to professional ethics.
