-completes the learning tasks well by providing justifications for and interpretations of alternative solutions and shows insight in judicial argumentation
-masters the overall systematics between different fields of law
-is able to use different sources of law justifiably and with versatile reflection while drafting the arguments for alternative solutions
-masters correct language and structure in learning tasks

Student
-completes the learning tasks by providing arguments for alternative interpretations with not very judicially insightful statements
-masters the main systematics between different fields of law
-is able to use legal science literature to some extent for justifying alternative solutions
-masters correct language and structure in learning tasks

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Student
-completes the learning tasks providing weak justifications with not judicially insightful statements
-argumentation in learning tasks remains at level of stating and describing matters
-is not able to present personal judicially justified alternative interpretations
-use of legal science literature is minor in the justifications on alternative solutions
-masters correct language and structure in learning tasks
