Objective

Student
-participates in development work as per project objective
-masters project life cycle from the project manager's viewpoint
-recognizes the special features, risk management and development methods of project
-is aware of project funding and terms set by sponsor
-is able to manage a project and project organisation by utilising different digital equipment
-is able to apply project management tools
-masters the assessment, information and the utilisation of results and outputs of the project
-masters documentation as required by the project

Content

Student plans the content in a way that the objective is reached with acceptance. The course is completed by participating in a project by own organisation or KAMK.

-masters the main issues related to project life cycle and understands the project manager's responsibilities
-recognizes and assesses risks and special features related to the project and is able to find solutions together with the project organization members
-is able to use digital equipment for project communication
-is familiar with some project management tools
-is able to assess reaching the project's objectives and the utilisation of results/outputs
-is aware of the significance of projects in the development of own field
-is aware of project documentation and funding
