-is able to examine the future needs of diversity competence innovatively by utilising strategic plans as well as social and global forecasts
-is able to draft a methodical and outlined diversity competence development plan based on the future needs of diversity competence
-is able to critically assess the diversity competence development plan and develop it further to meet the needs of the responsibility area
-is able to familiarise the responsibility area members with the plan and its implementation by utilising various learning methods
