Objective

Student
-understands the significance of eHealth and related concepts (eHealth, Self-management, mHealth, ubiquitous and social and health care) to the management of customer-oriented service chains
-understands the significance of eHealth and information security in different stages of the care processes
-is able to utilize technological applications in the development of eHealth
-masters multi-professional cooperation and makes partnerships (interfaces) developing eHealth
-is able to create and develop different forums in order to introduce the innovative ideas of the citizens
-is able to utilise citizen activity in the development of eHealth
-is able to develop and manage customer-oriented eHealth care processes that support the organisation's strategy by utilizing service design
-is able to assess and develop the quality of the organisation's eHealth care processes by evidence based approach

Student
-masters teaching and instruction methods justifiably considering the context
-is able to utilize partnerships that develop instruction as well as multi-professionalism during instruction, and develops and assesses their functionality
-masters the care planning of demanding patients and the development of the chosen customer-oriented instruction process (e.g. service design) and is able to apply the chosen modelling with critical assessment
-is able to develop innovative and new strategic approaches for developing instruction in the area of responsibility
-masters the critical assessment and development of the quality of the instruction
-is able to arrange different training events as well as assess and critically develop own competence as a clinical expert
