Objective
Students will know the elements of the marketing mix and understands the importance of customer relationship thinking and customer satisfaction as a part of profitable business operations. Students will be able to do the analysis and planning of marketing as well as understands the basic relationship marketing. Principles of Marketing is a required prerequisite for this course.
