Objective
Students will know the demands and special features of grinding and classification technology in the ultra-fine area as well as the grinding and classification of fine matter, the structures and equipment of grinding and classification circuits and adjustment principles.

They are able to use professional concepts with expertise and can apply their professional competence in different situations as required.

The students understand the basic operating principles of the most common classification and grinding equipment of the ultra fine area used in mining. They are able to use professional concepts fluently and extensively and can work on different tasks in various operating environments.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students recognise the classification and grinding techniques and devices used in the ultra fine area and how they work. They use professional concepts systematically and can work on individual tasks as required by the commission.
