Objective

Student
-masters a quality control system as a whole as well as its significance nursing regarding patient safety
-recognises the development needs in patient safety and takes responsibility for their multi-professional development
-promotes quality management in the work community with evidence based approach and considering communality
-takes the specialist's role in own operational environment in the strategy work aiming to develop the quality of nursing
-applies the theoretical base and methods of lean management in the development of service processes
-understands the significance on technology/robotics in supporting lean implementation and in the quality development and management of nursing

Principles of quality management, quality tools
Patient safety as part of quality management
Communal development of evidence based patient safety
Lean basics
Lean tools in the development of service processes
Technology/robotics in the development and management of service processes and quality

-is able to adopt a communal and multi-professional approach in developing the quality of nursing that promotes patient safety in the operational environment
-develops quality management with evidence based approach
-masters the use of lean tools in the development of service processes
-demonstrates lean as a management method
-develops the strategy work that promotes the operational environment's quality and patient safety in a controlled, proactive manner, creating something new
-recognises the benefits and possible uses of technology/robotics whilst developing service processes that support the quality of nursing
