Objective

Students
-strengthens the competence of own methodical approaches in R&D activity
-advances the abilities in the methods for acquiring scientific data, applying that data and evaluating the gained results
-understands the development questions related to own field and the interfaces of other fields and examines them critically
-is able to operate on the interfaces of partner networks, where customer-oriented conduct and customers' involvement/activity are vital
-manage and renew research-based development activity with a proactive mind-set in own work, work community and organisation
-masters a research-oriented yet critical and reflective development routine in the management of change processes
-is able to critically assess the utilisation potential of R&D development activity
-develops and manages (networks, projects) regionally and socially meaningful R&D activity based on ethical values

Student
-is able to plan R&D objectives in a joint process carries out R&D activity with other operators based on partnership and shared understanding
-is able to develop R&D activity with future forecasting and creating new
-is able to reform networks across interfaces
-is able to assess change and change processes proactively with aim at operational development

Methodology and Methods of Research and Development
Student
-is able to manage R&D processes with goal-oriented, innovative and methodical assessment competence
-masters the overall R&D process by systematically and controllably developing it, providing critical and versatile justifications for every solution
-masters the methodology supporting R&D processes and is able to critically assess their applicability
-is able to set up an R&D supporting project organisation and make its members involved and committed

Student
-plans R&D goals and implements R&D in collaboration with other operators
-develops R&D by controllably renewing current practices
-operates on network interfaces
-assess change and change processes with a directional focus

Methodology and Methods of Research and Development Work
Student
-is able to manage an R&D prcess with goal-oriented assessment
-recognizes the overall R&D process and is able to justify solutions
-is able to assess the applicability of the methodology supporting the R&D process with theme-based justification
-is able to set up an R&D supporting project organization and involve its operators in R&D activity

Student
-agrees with the R&D goals and implements R&D activity together with other operators
-develops R&D activity by combining complex issues partially
-utilises the existing networks
-assesses change and change processes by making statements thereof

Methodology and Methods of Research and Development Work
Student
-is able to manage R&D processes with goal-oriented approach
-recognises the overall R&D process
-is able to choose the methodology supporting the R&D process according to the theme and with weak justification
-is able to set up a project organisation supporting the R&D process
