-is able to recognise and analyse the development and management needs of wellbeing services based on smart solutions
-is able to identify and utilise the HR innovation potential in the development of smart solutions
-masters the management of competence development supporting HR smart solutions
-masters the development of the organisation's internal processes for supporting HR innovation activity
-is able to create forums for enabling and sharing smart solutions
-masters the management of customer-oriented change processes of wellbeing services based on smart solutions in the social and health care activity environments
-is able to implement and assess innovative activity methods supporting 'smart solutions' wellbeing services

-masters creating various forums for enabling and sharing smart solutions
-masters the management of customer-oriented change processes in the utilisation of smart solutions
-is able to plan, implement and assess the suitability of activity methods supporting smart solutions in the development of wellbeing services
