Objective

To provide students with a comprehensive view of service and product development principles. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the distinctive characteristics of both services and products, whilst understanding the importance of concept development in today´s international business environment. The student will learn to acknowledge the meaning of the product and service development as well as the customer relationship management thinking.

Objective

To provide students with a comprehensive view of service and product development principles. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the distinctive characteristics of both services and products, whilst understanding the importance of concept development in today´s international business environment. The student will learn to acknowledge the meaning of the product and service development as well as the customer relationship management thinking.
