Opetus lukujärjestyksen mukaisissa luokissa.
Viikot 11-13 (teoriaosuus): kaikki ryhmät yhdessä (LLT22SM, AMA22S, LLT22SH)
Viikot 14-20 (soveltava osuus): kaksi erillistä opetusryhmää (LLT22SH & AMA22S+LLT22SM)

Reppu-alueella osoitettu materiaali.

Teaching methods

Lähiopetus lukujärjestyksen mukaisesti. Itsenäiseen opiskeluun soveltuvaa materiaalia (luentodiat, linkit, videot, jne.) tarjolla Repussa.

Opintojakson sisältöjä on muutettu kevään 2024 toteutukselle. Uusi formaatti pitää sisällään teoriaosuuden ja soveltavan Power BI-osuuden.

Tavoitteet

Opintojakson tavoitteena on johdattaa opiskelija uusiin teknologioihin ja niiden synnyttämiin hyödyntämis- ja liiketoimintamahdollisuuksiin. Opintojaksolla perehdytään uusien teknologioiden keskeiseen termistöön ja yleisiin toimintaperiaatteisiin sekä opitaan tunnistamaan uusien teknologioiden sovellus- ja käyttökohteita sekä erityispiirteitä omalla koulutusalalla. Tavoitteena on synnyttää opiskelijoille kokonaiskuva teknologian nykytilanteesta sekä tulevaisuuden mahdollisuuksista. Opintojakson soveltavassa osuudessa tutustutaan liiketoimintatiedon hallintaan ja visualisoimiseen (Business Intelligence, BI) Microsoftin Power BI Desktop -työkalun avulla.

Soveltavan Power BI -osuuden (2 op) sisältöalueet
• Microsoft Power BI Desktop -sovelluksen ominaisuudet ja asentaminen
• Datan käsittelyn perusteet
• Datamallien luomisen perusteet
• Datan analysoinnin ja DAX-kielen perusteet
• Visuaalisten ja interaktiivisten raporttien luominen

Exam schedules

Teoriaosuudesta (1 op) Reppu-tentti, jossa hyväksytyn suorituksen raja on 70 % maksimipistemäärästä. Tentin läpäisyyn rajoittamaton määrä yrityskertoja.
Soveltava osuus (2 op): harjoitustehtävien/harjoitustyön suorittaminen hyväksytysti (vähintään 70 % maksimipisteistä). Yksityiskohtaiset harjoitustyön arviointikriteerit esitellään soveltavan osuuden alussa.

Esitellään ensimmäisellä luentokerralla:
- Suorittaminen itsenäisesti
- AHOT
- Osittainen hyväksilukeminen
- Opinnollistaminen

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Teoriaosuuden verkkotentti ja harjoitustyö suoritettava hyväksytysti.

Teoriaosuus: verkkotenteissä hyväksytyn suorituksen raja on 70 % maksimipistemäärästä.
Soveltava osuus: harjoitustehtävien/harjoitustyön suorittaminen hyväksytysti (vähintään 70 % maksimipisteistä).

Further information

Soveltavan osuuden suorittaminen edellyttää omaa kannettavaa tietokonetta, jossa on Windows-käyttöjärjestelmä. Mikäli Windows-konetta ei löydy, pyritään MAC-käyttäjille tarjoamaan virtualisoitu ajoympäristö Power BI -sovellukselle.

Osaamistavoitteet:

Opiskelija tutustuu Exergaming käsitteeseen ja perehtyy liikunnallisiin peleihin. Opiskelija tutustuu myös ilmiöön yleisesti ja kartoittaa alan keskeisiä toimijoita kansallisesti ja kansainvälisesti. Opiskelija tunnistaa pelien vaikuttavuuden liikunnalliseen suorituskykyyn ja kykenee käyttämään pelejä liikunnan ja terveyden edistämisessä.
