AS AN ATHLETE:
• Updating plans related to pursuing two careers
• Utilizing professional contacts generated through sports, thesis assignments, etc., as part of the studies
• Evaluating personal development as an athlete
• Providing feedback and responding to athlete surveys
• Showcasing professional and sports expertise (portfolio, CV)

AS A COACH:
• Updating coaching plans
• Utilizing professional contacts generated through sports, thesis assignments, etc., as part of the studies
• Showcasing professional coaching expertise (portfolio, CV)
• Coaching at Vuokatti-Ruka Sports Academy practices for one semester (Spring of the 3rd year), three times a week
• Documenting coaching hours and having them approved by the academy coach (5 credits = 125-135 hours of student work, including planning, meetings, and execution)
• In-depth evaluation of personal coaching development documented in the form of a report (Approved by the Sports Academy Coach)

The student has been selected and has completed the coaching competence studies in the second year's autumn (Coaching Theory, Strength and Endurance Training, Muscle Maintenance, Nutrition).
