The aim of this course is to increase the knowledge and awareness on possibilities how to create and manage digital business and new revenue models The student
* understands the basics of the digital environment, new business models, revenue models and digital marketing
* recognize the development or focus area in the sales/business funnel and learn to enhance digital service competence in the organization.
* learn to plan and manage different service channels supporting digitalized objectives.
* understand the changing demands of customers and will have ability to utilize new service platforms in the digital context.
