In the Digital Skills in Order course, students learn to use Microsoft 365 applications: OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Beginners gain essential skills that enable them to use office applications smoothly in their work and/or other studies.

After completing the course, participants, among other things:
- understand why files should be stored in the cloud
- feel confident participating in Teams meetings and know how to use Teams chats and teams for their own purposes
- use Outlook email and calendar to reduce workload
- know how to create a polished PowerPoint presentation and present it in Teams
- produce Word documents fluently, from collaborative work to academic writing, and know how to share them in an appropriate format
- create, organize, and interpret Excel spreadsheets as needed

Participants who have previously used the applications will receive additional tips (for example, organizing their own work, creating templates, and using nested functions) to improve efficiency. The course can also be completed without studying the tips sections. The course is suitable for learners at different skill levels.

The primary target group is employed learners, but people outside the workforce and those planning further studies will also benefit from the course.
