Content

Trainer and/or mentor duties, mentoring, preparation and planning, practical mentoring tasks. Training methods, differences between different types of training. Reflection.

The student is able to deal with complex work situations, organise and manage activities and act responsibly in a training or guidance situation.
They can analytically reflect on their activities.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can apply their professional skills in different training or guidance tasks, work independently and responsibly. The student can reflect on their activities.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student demonstrates familiarity with the knowledge base in the field, coping appropriately with the tasks assigned.
