Students will be proficient in and be able to use and apply the basic mathematics skills required in nursing.

Content

Review of basic mathematics topics Creation of mathematics skills for the purposes of pharmacotherapy.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Students are able to demonstrate their proficiency in basic mathematics and to apply such proficiency to their studies and the requirements of working life using pharmaceutical mathematics. Their proficiency will be assessed by a final exam and exercises.
