Opetuskeskustelut, harjoittelut ja itsenäinen työskentely

Employer connections

Imetysohjausnäytön voi suorittaa jossakin seuraavista yksiköissä:
neuvola, synnyttäneiden vuodeosasto, vastasyntyneiden teho-osasto tai imetyspoliklinikka. Näytön vastaanottajan tulee olla imetýsohjauksen ammattilainen.
Lisäksi opiskelija voi sopia henkilökohtaisesti jonkun äidin kanssa kanssa imetysohjausnäytön antamisesta. Näytön suorituksesta sovitaan opettajan kanssa erikseen.

Imetyksohjaus 2 op:
- lähiopetusta 24 h
- näyttö 4 h ( ohjauksen suunnittelu, toteutus ja arviointi )
- itsenäistä opiskelua 26 h

Synnytyksen jälkitarkastus 1 op:
- Opetusta 14 h
- Itsenäistä opiskelua 13 h

avoterveydenhuollossa / synnytyssairaalan toiminnassa ?

21.4 Synnytyksen jälkitarkastuksen kulku, lait ja asetukset jälkitarkastuselle. Mukana myös vierailija Kainuun hyvinvointialueen maksuttoman ehkäisyn suunnittelija kertomassa Kainuun jälkitarkastuksen ja ehkäisyn käytänteistä.

24.4. Vuorovaikutustaidot imetysohjauksessa / Imetyksen suojelu: kansainvälinen
markkinointikoodi / lainsäädäntö / terveydenhuoltohenkilöstön vastuu.
Synnytyksen hoitokäytännöt ja imetys ( varhainen ihokontakti, ensi-imetys,
imetys sektion jälkeen... entä jos äiti ei imetä ? )

25.4. Miten maito erittyy rinnasta vauvaan: Rinnan anatomia ja fysiologia.. maidon eritys
ja sen säätely .. vauvan imemisote ja tehokas imeminen.. rintojen hoito / Rinnan ja
rinnanpäiden onglemat. Maitomäärä: vastasyntyneen lapsen normaali painonkehitys ja kasvu - maito ei
riitä? Maidon lypsäminen / lypsetyn maidon säilytys.

26.4 TEAMS: Synnytyskeskustelu, lapsivuodeaika, seksuaalisuus synnytyksen jälkeen, kelan etuudet, äidin psyykkinen vointi synnytyksen jälkeen.

2.5. Imetyksessä avustaminen: hyvän imetysasennon tunnusmerkit / imetystarkkailu
Imetystä tukevat käytännöt: vierihoito, lapsentahtinen imetys, lisämaito ?, tutti-
tuttipullo ? Varhaisen imetyksen esteiden poistaminen.

5.5 Normaalit ja poikkeavat muutokset synnytyksen jälkeen, gynekologinen status, sisätutkimus, raskauden ehkäisy. Päivän opetus pääosin gynekologin pitämänä, sisältää myös harjoittelua.

8.5. Lapsesta ja äidistä johtuvat erityistilanteet ja imetysohjaus / ennenaikaisesti
syntyneet lapset, pienipainoiset lapset tai sairas vastasyntyt.
Monikkovauvojen imetys / lisämaidon antaminen lääketieteellisetä syystä.
Tuen merkitys eri-ikäisten lasten imetyksessä.

15.5.Imettävän äidin terveys ja hyvinvointi: Imettävän äidin ravitsemus,
imetys ja ehkäisy, imetys äidin sairastuessa, imetys ja äidin lääkitys.
Itsenäinen opiskelu / itsenäisiä tehtäviä edellä mainituista aiheista / imetysohjauksen
näytöstä sopiminen.

- Imetysohjauksen harjoituksia luokkatilassa / valmistautuminen imetysohjaukseen.

- Muutoksia sisältöön ja sen jaksotukseen voidaan tehdä ryhmän tarpeista käsin

Further information

Imetysohjaukset toteutetaan autenttisessa ympäristössä. Hyväksytty näyttö edellyttää kirjallisen imetysohjausmateriaalin suunnittelun ohjaustilanteeseen, toteutuksen ja arvioinnin.

The students are able to select appropriate procedures based on acquired knowledge and guidance. They are able to reflect upon and assess their own abilities and the practices of public health nursing. They can apply public health nursing practices as required. The students can work as members of teams to achieve the team's common goals. They can also justify their actions according to professional ethical principles.

The students are able to work in an appropriate manner though a certain amount of uncertainty is apparent. The students are able to work under supervision in different learning and operational environments using public health nursing practices as required. The students can work as a member of a team taking other members of the team into consideration. Their work complies with professional ethical principles.

Assessment methods and criteria

Hyväksytty kirjallinen imetysohjaus suunnitelma ennen näyttökoetta.
Hyväksytty näyttökoe imetysohjauksesta erillisten arviointikriteerreiden mukaisesti, jotka opiskelijat saavat koulutuksen aikana.

Läsnäolo synnytyksen jälkitarkastus -tunneilla sekä oppimispäiväkirja.
