Objective
Students will be able to work as an expert in the health promoting impacts of exercise. They will be able to apply exercise to suit different states of health.
Content
Exercise during different states of health
Ante- and post natal exercise.

The students are able to make extensive use of their knowledge base and demonstrate a critical approach to their work. They expertly use the concepts of the field and information sources systematically.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students work in a customer oriented manner applying a theory when compiling exercise instructions. They are able to give reasons for their choices based on acquired theoretical knowledge.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students are able to explain how physical activeness and health are liked. They are able to assess the customer's capacity for exercise and to compile exercise instructions suitable for different states of health. They recognise the difference between common and scientific knowledge.
The students are able to use the most important sources of information and knowledge.
