Objective

Students will understand the significance of staff and their own resources in terms of enabling business strategies and human resource leadership processes as core business process support functions. They will be conversant in the main legal regulations concerning employment and official post contracts and the main areas governing the handling of working life relationships. Students will know what must be done to regulate human resource volume, ensure required competence and skills and maintain motivation.

The students are able to apply knowledge and skills of the themes mentioned above in various HR management situations.

The students have an overall knowledge of the HR contents of the themes mentioned above and are basically proficient in HR procedures.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students recognise the main contents of HR of different themes. They recognise the main principles of HR in different contexts.
