Students will know how to develop the overall operations of an accommodation business, as well how to conduct profitably project based development operations for certain parts of the business in line with sustainable development principles.

The students are able to independently and expertly conduct the overall innovative planning to develop an accommodation business. The students are able to independently and expertly plan the overall development of an accommodation company so as to develop a part of their chosen accommodation company's operations profitably and according to the principles of sustainable development in the form of a project.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students are able to independently conduct the overall planning to develop an accommodation business to a good standard. The students are able to independently plan the overall development of an accommodation company so as to develop a part of their chosen accommodation company's operations profitably and according to the principles of sustainable development in the form of a project.They are able to work as members of a group/team to achieve a common goal, justifying their work according to professional ethics.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students are able to conduct under supervision and to a satisfactory degree the overall planning to develop an accommodation business to a good standard. The students are able to plan under supervision and to a satisfactory degree the overall development of an accommodation company so as to develop a part of their chosen accommodation company's operations profitably and according to the principles of sustainable development in the form of a project.They are able to work as members of a group/team taking other team/group members into account, working according to professional ethics.
