Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students have an extensive range of professional expertise in pricing, monitoring (controlling) and leading a profitable accommodation company (the students are able to calculate and read key figures, using them in analyses and to decide upon necessary action, they are able to describe revenue management, revpar and gop par). The students have an extensive range of professional expertise in accommodation company internal and external marketing (buying and consumer behaviour, quality thinking, internal and external communication in the field of accommodation, selling and distribution channels).
They are able to work excellently as members of a group/team promoting and developing the group's activities while critically applying professional ethics in everything that they do.

The students are able to name, describe and justify well pricing, monitoring (controlling) and leading a profitable accommodation company (the students are able to calculate and read key figures, using them in analyses and to decide upon necessary action, they are able to describe revenue management, revpar and gop par). The students are able to describe and justify well accommodation company internal and external marketing (buying and consumer behaviour, quality thinking, internal and external communication in the field of accommodation, selling and distribution channels). They are able to work as members of a group/team to achieve a common goal, justifying their work according to professional ethics.

The students are able to name, describe and justify to a satisfactory degree pricing, monitoring (controlling) and leading a profitable accommodation company (the students are able to calculate and read key figures, using them in analyses and to decide upon necessary action, they are able to describe revenue management, revpar and gop par). The students are able to describe and justify to a satisfactory degree accommodation company internal and external marketing (buying and consumer behaviour, quality thinking, internal and external communication in the field of accommodation, selling and distribution channels). They are able to work as members of a group/team taking other team/group members into account, working according to professional ethics.
