Objective

The student can describe the meaning of well-being at work from the perspective of the employee and the employer, and can define the concept of well-being at work. The student can list the factors that influence well-being at work and explain the responsibilities of the different parties and actors involved in promoting well-being at work. The student will be able to introduce methods/services for promoting well-being at work.

The student can justify the importance of the well-being of the working community from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. The student knows how to carry out a development task that supports well-being at work, utilizing the things learned in the Study Course in a versatile, innovative and critical way.

The student can explain the meaning of the well-being of the working community from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. The student knows how to carry out a development task that supports well-being at work and can explain the choices he has made, utilizing the things learned in the Study Course in a versatile way.

The student recognizes the importance of the well-being of the working community from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. The student knows how to implement a development task that supports well-being at work and is able to list the issues behind the choices.
