Objective
The student recognizes the requirements of entrepreneurship and knows how to evaluate his own strengths and development targets.
The student develops his own entrepreneurial skills, such as sales, teamwork, problem solving, communication and presentation skills. The student understands the basics of business and knows how to evaluate and develop the company's operations. Student knows how to prepare a business model and business plan.
Content
JA Company Program – Higher Education is a learning program combining theory and practice, the goals of which are to learn and grow entrepreneurial skills and attitude. The program aims to experiment with entrepreneurship. During the study period, a Nuori Yrittäjyys ja Talous (NYT) training company operating with real money will be established. The company is run for a fixed period, after which it is terminated. JA Company Program – Higher Education is a practical way to get a feel for entrepreneurship and develop the skills needed in business operations.

Execution methods
The program lasts for one calendar year. Practice business activities can already be done during the academic year alongside studies. The student can also set up an internship company during the summer.
Accomplishment methods
The studies include independent study, joint team evenings for all teams, and self-directed activities of the own team.
