The students possess a versatile understanding of energy transfer chain operations and how energy can be used sustainably.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to carry out heat transfer calculations and understand related practical procedures and technical solutions.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students are familiar with the principles of heat transfer and have some perception of global energy supplies. They know the electricity production process and how it works.

Execution methods
Information acquisition tasks, exercises, lectures and portfolio
Accomplishment methods
The performance consists of recorded information acquisition tasks, lectures and portfolio questions/exercises. The student compiles an instructed portfolio of the above-mentioned tasks, which is evaluated with a number 1-5. The course number is determined solely on the basis of the portfolio. No compulsory lecture attendance.
Portfolio evaluation criteria:
· Portfolio content and the logic of handling the topic 40%
· Independent reflection and analysis 30%
· Number and versatility of quotes 15%
· Clarity of the table of contents, settings, language 15%
In the evaluation, the evaluation criteria of the course must be taken into account.
