Physics 1Laajuus (5 cr)
Code: TR00BZ25
Credits
5 op
Objective
This course aims to provide background knowledge required in other modules of the degree programme.
Content
Physics system of units and quantities
Mechanics
Materials
Momentti 1 Insinöörifysiikka, Inkinen, Tuohi,Otava
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students are able to analyse mechanical problems and produce alternative methods of solving them.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to draw conclusions from the mechanical problems. They are able to divide problem solving into suitable parts and solve secondary level equations and groups of equations.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students recognise mechanical quantities and units. The students are able to find suitable equations for solving mechanical problems and are proficient in using the required linear equations to solve them.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Arviointi perustuu tenttiin/tentteihin. Tyydyttävä taso edellyttää että tentin pisteistä saadaan noin 50 - 70 %, hyvä taso 70 - 90 % ja kiitettävät yli 90 %.
