The student will develop his/her Finnish communication skills acquired during the previous course
Content
Vocabulary and phrases needed in Studying and working life, own health care as well as living and running errands in Finnish.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The Student can follow conversations about familiar topics and understand the main idea of eg. TV news. He/she gets along in simple social and service situations. The Student can write short notes and use basic grammar adequately.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student understands simple spoken and written messages, eg. Questions, Requests or Prohibitions. He/she can follow slow conversations about familiar topics. The student can recognize essential information in short Texts. He/she is able to communicate in day-to-day situations in written Finnish, eg. e-mail, personal data.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student understands and can shortly respond to simple Questions about personal topics. He/she can follow slow conversations with support. The student can read short Texts in clear and familiar Contexts. He/she can write short Texts using basic vocabulary and phrases.
