Osaamistavoitteet

The objective is to attain know-how to formulate and solve applied mathematics problems in simplified real-world scenarios.

Sisältö

1st and 2nd order differential equations

Applying gradient and differential equations to optimisation and modelling, respectively

Real-world problem solving

Using python for numerical approximation

Toteutustavat

The course is organised weekly, with each week bringing new mathematical content. All the content is available through Reppu page. The weekly teaching sessons are also recorded and available online for the duration of the course.

Suoritustavat

Weekly participation is highly recommended, but not mandatory. The exam is mandatory for completing the course.
