Objective

The students are able to plan a pipeline system with necessary its necessary supports and to select suitable components and pumps for the system.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students are able to draw isometric diagrams of pipes and do technical flow calculations to determine the size of pipes and pipelines.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students are able to interpret drawings of pipelines and are familiar with the most common components of a pipeline as well as the principles of operation of pumps. They are aware of the official regulations and procedures concerning the use of pressure vessels.

Opiskelija osaa tulkita putkipiirustuksia ja tuntee putkistosuunnitteluun liittyvät putkiston yleisimmät komponetit sekä pumppujen toimintaperiaatteet. Opiskelija hallitsee selkeästi virtaustekniikan perusteet. Opiskelija osaa hakea ja soveltaa tietoa putkistosuunnittelun aihealueista, pystyy osittamaan putkistosuunnittelun kokonaisuuden hallinnan ja osoittaa ymmärtäneensä paineastoihin liittyvät viranomaismääräykset.

Opiskelija ymmärtää peruskäsitteet ja osaa tulkita putkipiirustuksia ja tuntee putkiston yleisimmät komponetit sekä pumppujen toimintaperiaatteet. Opiskelija osaaminen paineastoihin liittyvistä viranomaiskäytänteistä on nähtävissä. Opiskelija hallitsee virtaustekniikan perusteet.
