Objective

Students will be conversant in the main principles, concepts and implementation of customer-oriented marketing. They will be able to apply customer service knowledge and skills in customer service roles in different organisations. They will be proficient in the basics of marketing planning.

Basics of buying behaviour
Overview of marketing competition methods
Areas and basic requirements of customer service
Sports marketing

The students know how top apply the principles of customer-oriented marketing taking into account the marketing process. They are able to apply customer service knowledge and skills in various situations.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students are proficient in the basics of marketing planning taking into account the marketing process.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students can recognise the basic concepts of marketing and the various parts of the marketing process within marketing planning. The students recognise the significance of good customer service as part of corporate marketing.
