Objective
- You understand the structure of the human body and the functions of its organ systems.
- You are able to apply theoretical knowledge in client‑centred promotion of physical activity and health, as well as in strengthening health‑enhancing exercise behaviour.
- You are able to describe, apply, and integrate key physiological and pathophysiological processes from the cellular level to the level of organ systems, as well as the regulation of these processes.

- Structure of the musculoskeletal system: the human skeleton, joints, and related structures and functions
- Muscles related to the musculoskeletal system, including their origins and insertions
- Functions and operation of the musculoskeletal system
- Function of the respiratory and circulatory systems
- Function of the nervous system and the senses
- Function of skeletal muscles
- Function of the digestive system
- Function of the urinary system
- Function of the endocrine system and hormone secretion
- Function of the immune system
