Objective
The student has internalised an entrepreneurial attitude. They can use basic business concepts competently. They can describe the basic functions of a business and understand the basics of a responsible and profitable tourism and catering business. The student will gain a practical understanding of the challenges and business activities in the tourism sector.

He can expertly describe the company's basic functions and understand the basics of a responsible and profitable tourism and catering business. The student can critically and practically analyze business operations in the tourism industry and its challenges. He knows how to act as a member of a group, promoting and developing the group's activities.

He can describe the company's basic functions and understand the basic principles of a responsible and profitable tourism and catering business. The student can consistently analyze business activities in the tourism industry and its challenges. He knows how to act independently and responsibly as a member of a group.
