Objective

The student understands the importance and utilization of digital solutions and data in the tourism industry. The student knows how to use key digital tools, platforms and innovations in tourism marketing, sales, customer experience and business development.

- The development of tourism's digital business
- Tourism digital solutions in tourism development
- Utilization of AI, VR, AR in the tourism industry
- Collection, analysis and utilization of sales, marketing and customer data

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Passed:
The student can describe the key digital solutions in use in the tourism industry and their usage possibilities. The student can apply what he has learned in guided exercises and justify his actions.

Failed:
The student does not recognize the main concepts of the course and does not know how to use work tools.
