Objective

Students will be able to compile a cohesive and clear academic/scientific dissertation.

Syntax and semantics
Language editing, text analysis
Instructions on how to compile the text and publish the thesis

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students are able to produce accurate texts in Finnish using an academic style, pass the exam with excellent results and compile the language, content and style of the text of their thesis to an excellent standard.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students accomplish the assignments well and achieve good results in the exam and are able to produce a thesis text of a high standard.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students participate actively and complete the written assignments and exam with satisfactory results.

1-2 Aktiivinen osallistuminen, kirjallisten tehtävien ja tentin hyväksytty suorittaminen
3-4 Tentin ja tehtävien hyvä suoritus sekä hyväksyttävästi laaditun opinnäytetekstin tuottaminen
5 Opiskelijia pystyy tuottamaan virheetöntä suomenkielistä asiatyylin tekstiä, läpäisee tentin kiitettävästi sekä laatii opinnäytetekstinsä kielen, sisällön ja muodon osalta moitteettomaksi.
