Students will be able to compile a technical renovation building plan taking into account the implementation of investments and life-cycle calculations for alternative methods of repair based on the present value method.

Content

A technical renovation building plan for a real property including an estimate of costs and profit on investment based on life-cycle calculations.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass:
The students are able to compile a report of elevation repairs and can compare different renovation building alternatives complete with investment and life-cycle calculations for the repair of heavy/large elevations.
