Objective
Students will understand the basics, concepts and implementation of customer oriented marketing. The students' abilities, knowledge and competence to work in customer service jobs in different organizations will improve.

The students are able to apply the main concepts and elements of customer-oriented marketing for various tasks. They use customer-oriented marketing concepts expertly in a variety of ways and achieve the objectives of the task independently and in a self-directed manner. The students are able to justify and assess their choices and can independently use and compare various theories in practical situations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to describe and explain the main contents of the concepts and elements of customer-oriented marketing for various tasks. They use customer-oriented marketing concepts systematically and logically. The students are able to select the most suitable methods and channels and can independently use various theories in practical situations.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students are able to name the main contents of the main basic concepts of customer-oriented marketing and make basic use of them in the learning assignment as necessary. The students are able to use the most suitable marketing methods and channels under supervision.
