Objective

Students will know the legal regulations concerning employment and appointment relationships and the special features of employment and appointments (similarities and differences), the rights and duties of involved parties, central legal procedures and employment and appointment contract systems.

Co-determination procedure

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass:
The students are able to assess and make conclusions independently and develop alternative solutions using their knowledge of law. They are able to interpret the relationships between different professional concepts and can compare and justify their choice of solution.
