Quality Thinking and Development (3cr)

Objective

Students will know the principles of quality thinking and how quality has developed and is able to perceive the significance of quality in terms of an organisation's operations and success. They will be able to describe processes, find development targets and understand the procedures associated with the continual development and projection of quality.
