Objective

Students will know the special features and methods of rock facility construction locations used for infrastructure and mine construction. They will know the stages of rock mechanical design and geotechnical classification and research methods.

Content

Mechanical and physical features of rock, rock stress and measuring rock stress. Strength features and stability. Laboratory and field tests.
