Objective

Students will be proficient in providing electrification and automation installation on a general level for mines in order to work safely in various mining tasks.

Mine electricity sourcing and interface capacity
Electricity network structure and technical foundations in an underground and open-pit mine
Regulations governing electric devices and safety
Communication and information transfer
Implementation of automation
Safety issues in selecting devices
