Objective
Students will gain hands-on experience of design and its challenges, being able to apply theory in practice.
Content
Practical research and/or planning tasks linked with design and product development studies.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students are able to use and combine the concepts of their professional field. They are able to compare, combine and select information and present alternative methods as well as critically assessing their own competence. The students work as a group in a customer and goal oriented manner with a developmental approach to working life.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able select appropriate procedures based on acquired knowledge and guidance, and assess and reflect upon their own learning and working methods. The students work professionally in customer situations and work in a group to achieve common goals being able to justify their work.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students use design engineering methods and concepts as required and work according to professional ethical principles as members of a group in projects involving cooperation taking into account the customer and other group members.
