Objective
Students will understand HR and their own importance as a resource enabling the implementation of business strategy, as well as HR management processes as core business process support mechanisms. They will know the main legal regulations governing employment contracts and posts and the main areas of handling working life relationships. Students will know the main actions required to regulate HR, ensure the required competences and to maintain staff well-being and motivation.
