The students are able to provide instructions on how to repair damage and compile specialist reports on conducted condition surveys and proposed repairs.

The students are able to use different methods to conduct condition assessment and inspections as well as a survey. They are able to assess the causes of damage.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students understand the differences between condition assessment, inspection and survey and can compile reports based on them.
