The students are able to assess the activities of the work community and strive to develop it. They know how to assess and develop quality control within the work community.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to assess their own work and understand its significance and impact within the work community. They are proficient in some quality control tools and are able to apply them in their own work. The students work to promote occupational well-being.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students recognise the significance of nursing management and can use related concepts. They understand the basics of quality control and recognise issues affecting occupational well-being.
