Objective

The student understands the basic principles of being a game producer. These include:
- Job description and common tasks
- Desired qualities
- Common hierarchy within a game company
- Management of a game project resources (time, money, people)

The student understands the qualities of a good leader. These include:
- Gaining and sustaining a status of a leader
- Human management
- Introspection
- Different tasks as a different leader (i.e. Project leader vs Creative leader)
- Responsibilities of a leader

- Game producer occupation overview
- Game company hierarchy overview depending on studio- and team size
- Project management method examples (their pros and cons)
- Agile manifesto
- Scrum
- Kanban
- Scrum-ban
- Leadership training
- Secondary: What makes a successful project and/or game
- SWOT - analysis
- Setting and meeting goals
- Longevity of a company / project (e.g. How risky is my project?)
- Secondary: entrepreneuership
